GSK Global HQ Shortlisted for Building Magazine Project of the Year
PENSON's GSK Global Headquarters has been recognised in the Building Awards 2025, celebrating innovation in workplace design, wellbeing and sustainability.
PENSON is delighted that GSK's Global Headquarters has been shortlisted for Building Magazine Project of the Year at the Building Awards 2025.
Located at 79 New Oxford Street in central London, the headquarters was created around an ambitious goal: to establish a new benchmark for healthy, inclusive and sustainable workplace design. Health and wellbeing are embedded throughout the project, from flexible working environments and dedicated wellness spaces to an extensive indoor vertical farm growing fresh produce for the building's food and hospitality offer.
The nomination recognises a workplace where architecture, wellbeing, sustainability, food and community come together — and celebrates the collaborative team behind bringing GSK's new global headquarters to life.
