How PENSON are working - an update

After a year of working remotely from home due to the pandemic (and what a year it’s been!) PENSON is now making a flexible return to the office.

We have always adopted the mentality that flexibility allows efficiency, whether it be in design and architecture, ways of working, or in business. This is our holistic approach.

PENSON will be working from home on Mondays and Fridays, giving our people the obvious benefits either side of the weekend they want. We embrace that. We understand everyone has different objectives hour by hour, day by day, and we know flexibility drives results.

We will be in our studios Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to use the time to collaborate and be together as a team. Our studios are following Covid-19 rules for offices, and we will be working in a safe manner.

We believe face to face collaboration is key to a thriving business in the long run. Over the past year, we've all yearned for this interaction more and more.

We encourage other businesses to take a balanced approach – shrink your HQ if you have to, but do provide collaborative spaces for interaction. Every business ultimately needs somewhere called home.

Lee Penson said "No matter the size of your business, it's clear the office is vital for communication and collaboration. It’s a place where everyone has always, and will always, come together, make connections, strike deals and become friends. After all - good relationships with colleagues boost the quality of work being done. We can't wait to see our colleagues and teams face to face again after this period of time."
