PENSON has been appointed, by developers based in New York & Hong Kong, as lead architect, interior designer & engineer on an extraordinary $1.5 Billion project to create the world's best eco exclusive resort. We are responsible for designing the beautiful eco architecture while delivering detailed design packages for all elements of the scheme across a 5-year period.
Only local materials are being used for finishes & construction within our hospitality architecture, creating a genuine eco experience that will assist with enhancing an area of Costa Rica both ecologically & for the humanitarian needs locally.
