You need to catch these design events this weekend. Just take our word for it. We’ve got all the areas covered: art, exhibition, design, free beer and a vintage fair…
Get to KK Outlet in Hoxton Square tomorrow, Saturday 27th January 1-4pm, to say farewell to the famous creative mecca. The time has come for them to move on to new ventures, but not before they throw one last get together. KK Outlet is going to pack its gallery walls full with the work of all the creatives who have exhibited over the last ten years. Alongside the exhibition, a series of events and workshops are planned for tomorrow, and on Wed Jan 31, a massive party will be thrown to say goodbye in style. They’ve also created their own beer for this last get together fittingly called ‘The last Beer’. No tickets are required for tomorrow but are for Wednesday’s event. Get them here.
Head to the Barbican to see Flying Trees and Sunken Squares – an exploration into the history behind the creation of the open spaces, gardens, and conservatory that are found across the Barbican Estate and Arts Centre. Free entry. Runs until 20th March 2018.
