Penson carried out a feasibility study to transform a former Printworks Health Club & Spa into a hotel for the Accor hotel group.
The design focuses on creating a harmonious architectural response, integrating materials and fenestration that blend seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood.
Drawing inspiration from the existing structure, the proposal preserves the original pool area, reimagining it as a vibrant event and bar space for hotel guests, enhancing both its functionality and ambiance.
