We tackled an ambitious brief for our client, Landid, at their site 1 Queen Caroline Street, to create a space that’s distinctive, efficient, and adaptable. It's an evolving balance between a bare shell and a complete CAT A fit-out – to allow potential tenants to develop for themselves a quicker fit out with full flexibility – and to deliver any workplace transformation strategy, or look, or feel.

The beauty of this project is not about gimmicks, but about simplicity and allowing future tenants to personalise the space for less money and time, whilst providing the developers with the same benefits.
