'PENSON was instructed to design and build our first restaurant project and we were blown away with the result. So, with the second and third restaurants, there was, of course, no question on who to use – and without a doubt, PENSON smashed the brief again. The result of Bluebells in Ascot is absolutely amazing – the colours, the feel, the atmosphere……awesome is the word that comes to mind. Hands down the best Restaurant Interior Designers in London.'

As the case with any restaurant worth its salt, the design concept for Bluebells Restaurant took its direction from the food. Bluebells is all about textures – dreamy ‘souffle-soft’ whipped butter and bold flavours to trigger the taste buds. Once the team had sampled the delectable menu, the interior resulted in soft and warming tones blended with sinkable velvet booths, a glittering bar and surfaces that want to be touched. It’s an invitingly rich and lavish experience reminiscent of hospitality interiors.

The three-course menu provided inspiration for the journeys through the space. Guests start in the arrival lounge before heading through to the sumptuously deep green-toned dining area for the main event. After-dinner drinks can be taken out into the light and airy conservatory space to admire the view. Like the Bluebells Restaurant menu, there are a few surprises; the buzzing rose-gold bar in the central dining area, the slick linear lighting and soft frothy white lights that complement the sheer curtains. It all makes you feel as if you’re being cocooned in foodie heaven.
