PENSON was tasked with creating a dynamic pop-up concept store within a Grade II listed building, blending heritage with cutting-edge retail innovation. The space was designed to showcase numerous designer brands while having the flexibility to transform into an exclusive event venue for VIPs and influencers.
PENSON’s approach redefined physical retail, introducing a disruptive concept that merged fashion with technology and experience. This multisensory environment featured self-sustaining installations and immersive displays, providing shoppers with a dynamic, interactive journey.
The centerpiece of the space is the Beauty Bar, a transformative experience that serves multiple functions. It's a cocktail bar, a makeup station, a catwalk and an event stage all in one. This flexible setup allows the space to transition seamlessly from a retail environment into a high-energy party at a moment's notice.
The VIP lounge, located on the mezzanine level, offers a prime view of the central stage, enhancing the sense of exclusivity for influencers and elite guests. Nearby, fashion showcases further elevate the experience.

These fashion takeover rooms cater to luxury events and experiences, with offerings ranging from private cinema screenings, fine dining, and immersive changing rooms to a barber and beauty treatment space.
